During the first year of the pandemic I spent over 2000 hours playing Animal Crossing New Horizons.

My first AC game was Animal Crossing: Wild World which I played when it released in 2005 on my pink nintendo DS.

I know the gamecube version came out first, but I am 99% sure that was the second version of the game I played. That was followed by Animal Crossing: City Folk in 2008 on the Wii. After that, it was Animal Crossing New Leaf for 3DS from 2013. By then I was in high school, so I did not have as much time to play, but it still was a very comforting piece of nostalgia

(Agent S was my original best friend in ACWW -- when she moved out of my first town, I had to skip school the next day because of my extreme woe)
